Hi kingyzf !

In which kind of project did you add it ?

Can you paste the xaml you added to your page ?

            <gif:GIF IsAnimating="True" Source=""/>
            <gif:GIF x:Name="gifContainer"  Source="" Width="400" Height="400" />

or just copy your code from your example.
Whatever I do, it can't help , and then I tried to add the code as your example,I add these codes:
        <Storyboard x:Name="GIFAnimation" RepeatBehavior="Forever">
            <DoubleAnimationUsingKeyFrames Storyboard.TargetName="projection" BeginTime="00:00:00.000"  Storyboard.TargetProperty="RotationY" >
                <EasingDoubleKeyFrame KeyTime="00:00:02.000" Value="180" />
                <EasingDoubleKeyFrame KeyTime="00:00:04.000" Value="360" />
            <DoubleAnimationUsingKeyFrames Storyboard.TargetName="gifContainer" BeginTime="00:00:00.000"  Storyboard.TargetProperty="Opacity" >
                <EasingDoubleKeyFrame KeyTime="00:00:02.000" Value="0" />
                <EasingDoubleKeyFrame KeyTime="00:00:04.000" Value="1" />
and I tried to add the GIF Control in the C# code ,can't help too
                var a = new GIFPlayer.GIF();
                a.IsAnimating = true;
                a.Height = 400;
                a.Width = 400;
                a.Source = "";
            catch (Exception ex)

                Debug.WriteLine("ex is " + ex.Message);
I add 0.4 version from your code ,can't help
then,I download 0.41 version from Nuget , it doesn't make any sense!

Sorry it seems to have an issue with the nuget package.

The generic.xaml file destination is not correct.

Could you try to create a folder named "Themes" in the root of your wp81 project, and then put the Generic.xaml file in this folder ?

I will fix it very soon. Sorry again.

OK,it works , I didn't find the Style,but I think maybe it should be encapsulated in the GIFPlayer.
In addion, I think the Width and Height should vary accoding to specific gif,maybe the dimension every gif is different.
Thanks for your works,it helped me ,becouse I don't know about C++, the solution I found only with the windows runtime C# Imaging api can't decode some gifs.I don't know whether it is a bug or just I made a mistake.
